The program culminates with a ceremonial “boarding ceremony,” symbolizing the commencement of their journey as part of the Horizon crew.

Beyond the initial onboarding, the company fosters a culture of continuous learning through the “Horizon Study Society.” This comprehensive training initiative targets both general and specialized skills. During the past year, the “Horizon Study Society” experienced remarkable growth, with the addition of 1212 new courses, totaling 1713 hours of content, and garnering a total of 96735 views. The Security Cordon represents the company’s unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in conducting business, serving as a set of six critical guidelines that form the pillars of the ethical approach. Horizon ensures adherence to these principles by conducting comprehensive company-wide training sessions on The Security Cordon. During these training sessions, each aspect of the Code is thoroughly explained, accompanied by clear boundaries and practical examples.
